What types of spaces does Makan accept?
We accept training rooms, boardrooms, workshop spaces, and professional content studios in Riyadh. We do not list residential spaces, large event venues, or spaces for entertainment, religious, or community gatherings.
Is there a fee to list my space?
Listing is completely free. Makan earns a service fee deducted from each completed booking. There are no upfront costs.
How quickly do I need to respond to booking requests?
We ask that hosts respond within 12 hours on business days. You will be notified by WhatsApp when a request arrives. Consistent slow responses may affect your listing visibility.
Can I set my own pricing?
Yes. You set your own hourly, half-day, and full-day rates. Our team may share benchmark pricing for your district to help you stay competitive.
What happens if a booking is cancelled?
Cancellations are subject to the policy agreed at onboarding. For bookings cancelled by the renter within 48 hours, a partial fee may apply to protect the host.
